Maple Syrup Pancakes
Ingredients: 1 ½ cups flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 ¼ cups milk, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 egg, 3 tbsp melted butter.
Instructions: Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, egg, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Cook on a hot griddle until bubbles form, then flip. Serve with extra maple syrup.
Maple Pecan Granola
Ingredients: 3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup pecans, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix oats, pecans, and cinnamon in a bowl. Combine maple syrup, oil, and salt. Pour over oats, mix well. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
Maple Glazed Donuts
Ingredients: 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup maple syrup for glaze.
Instructions: Mix dry ingredients. Whisk milk, eggs, and melted butter, then combine with dry ingredients. Pour into donut pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Dip in warmed maple syrup for the glaze.
Maple Syrup Cheesecake
Ingredients: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup melted butter, 3 packages cream cheese, 1 cup maple syrup, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla.
Instructions: Mix crumbs and butter; press into a pan. Beat cream cheese, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 55 minutes. Cool before serving.
Maple Walnut Ice Cream
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions: Heat milk and cream until warm. Stir in maple syrup, cool, and churn in an ice cream maker. Fold in walnuts before freezing.
Maple Roasted Pears
Ingredients: 4 pears, halved and cored, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pears in a baking dish. Drizzle with maple syrup, dot with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
Maple Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients: 2 1/4 tsp yeast, 1 cup warm milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, 3 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup maple syrup for filling, 2 tsp cinnamon.
Instructions: Combine yeast, milk, and sugar. Mix in butter and flour. Let rise 1 hour. Roll out dough, spread with maple syrup and cinnamon. Roll up, slice, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
Maple Butter Tarts
Ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup raisins, tart shells.
Instructions: Mix all filling ingredients. Pour into tart shells. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
Maple Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, 1 cup maple syrup, 2 eggs, 2 cups flour, 3 cups oats, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Instructions: Beat butter, maple syrup, and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
Maple Apple Crisp
Ingredients: 5 apples, sliced, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup melted butter.
Instructions: Toss apples with maple syrup in a baking dish. Mix oats, flour, and butter for topping. Sprinkle over apples and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
